电影讲述了三名黑衣人潜入仓库偷走了核电核，特工张大威通过线索锁定小偷为动物医院的工作人员，他深入医院调查，拍档阿丘也假扮病号潜入医院想协助张大威，但张大威认为阿丘是个累赘总试图摆脱他。随着张大威调查医院的熊医生、兔子、蝙蝠等人，他慢慢接近事实的真相——熊医生和兔子等人就是盗窃核电核的小偷，而他们盗窃的原因又那么的温情和让人感动。张大威决定保护熊医生等人，而不明真相的特工局向医院发起攻击，张大威和医院的众人团结一致奋起抵抗的故事。The movie tells the story of three men in black who break into a warehouse and steal a nuclear core. Agent Zhang Dawei tracks the thieves to the staff of an animal hospital through some clues. He goes undercover to investigate the hospital, while his partner Aqiu also pretends to be a patient to help him out. But Zhang Dawei sees Aqiu as a burden and constantly tries to shake him off. As Zhang Dawei investigates Doctor Bear, Rabbit, Bat, and the others at the hospital, he slowly gets closer to the truth—that Doctor Bear, Rabbit, and the rest are actually the ones who stole the nuclear core, and the reason behind their theft is surprisingly heartwarming and touching. Zhang Dawei decides to protect Doctor Bear and the others, while the oblivious secret agency launches an attack on the hospital. The story follows Zhang Dawei and the hospital staff uniting to resist the attack together.
