The two parties reach an agreement to create music together, but are exploited by their manager Ian Hawk for commercial tours. The subsequent series continues the adventure: the second installment tells of the chipmunks entering a school to confront a female chipmunk group controlled by Ian; the third depicts the absurd experience of the chipmunks surviving on a deserted island after a perilous sea voyage; and the fourth is sparked by a misunderstanding regarding Dave’s proposal, triggering a cross-country musical comedy.
