With the help of officer James Gordon and District Attorney Harvey Dent, ‘Batman’ continues to fight crime, and crime rates in Gotham City drop sharply. But the city still has its mix of technology and filth, and a new wave of chaos soon sweeps across the city, with the ‘Joker’ becoming the source and master of the turmoil. Although the Joker’s ultimate goal is unclear, his evil plans threaten the lives of Gotham’s citizens. Facing the most targeted and vicious opponent in history, ‘Batman’ needs to use high-tech weapons from his underground arsenal to crush this new crisis.
