It tells the story of Nabular Island three years after the Jurassic World theme park and luxury resort were destroyed by dinosaurs. The island has been abandoned, and the surviving dinosaurs live in the jungle. When the dormant volcano on the island becomes active, Owen and Claire launch a campaign to protect the dinosaurs from extinction. Owen searches for the missing raptor leader Blue, while Claire dedicates herself to dinosaur conservation. The two venture onto the dangerous island during a lava eruption, uncovering a plot that could potentially plunge the Earth back into a prehistoric state of chaos.
